How is the slice of ham i just ate 'healthy' like it says on box...? - low salt ham
I ate a slice of ham ... and BAM BAM BAM .... When I look back, so that its low fat content (1.5 g fat .... ok for me ).... But .... .. !!!!! 1250 mg of salt
Sorry ..... I almost fainted
