Diabetic Banana Pudding White Chocolate
½ day 10 min preparation
8 servings
1 (6 ounce) package sugar-free instant pudding mix, vanilla
2 1 / 2 cups cold skim milk (I use 2%, however)
14 g sugar-free sweetened condensed milk () my recipe substitute for sweetened condensed milk for diabetics
1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping
2 kilos of bananas, cut into slices
1/2-1 cup chocolate chips with white chocolate, more
white chocolate chips, for garnish
Vanilla wafers for garnish
1. Note: My recipe for diabetic sweetened condensed milk 1 cup. Do what you need and pay the extra refrigerator in a closed container. Also use if you are on a diabetic diet very rope, only 1 / 2 chips.
2. Mix pudding, milk and condensed milk and mix well.
3. Fold the whipped cream, banana and white chocolate shavings.

Diabetics should not eat cake in the first place!
There are many, many recipes for diabetics on the websites and webmd.com. Even bookstores.
Basically sugar substitute regular sugar and a submarine. by the amount of sugar in a recipe. The funds are behind the products.
